Zouzhouyuan, located in Leye Tribe, Alishan, Chiayi County, was founded by Tsou youth Fang Zheng-lun. Specializing in high-altitude signature varieties and diverse post-harvest processing methods, it is one of the landmark estates for Taiwan specialty coffee.
Since 2007, Fang Zheng-lun has consistently earned recognition both domestically and internationally. He was awarded the National Top Ten Shennong Award in 2017, and in 2020, his "Geisha Series" green beans clinched the Grand Prize Championship at the Taiwan Coffee Assortment & Grading system (TCAGs). The lot fetched a record-breaking price of NT$18,500 per kilogram that year. Due to his long-term dedication to Alishan coffee promotion and technical innovation, he is widely hailed by the industry as the "Coffee Prince."

- Long-Term Monitoring Challenges and Reliance on Experience: As coffee is a perennial crop, it requires long-term monitoring of climate and soil conditions. Cultivation and management heavily rely on experience. Especially in the absence of recorded data, it is difficult for novices to take over or replicate established management methods.
